FLANEUR WALKS & TALKS and READ.

Flaneur Walks & Talks are guided explorations through urban settings with the theme of CREATIVITY & WELLNESS & EXPLORATION.  Bringing people together to observe, explore, and create under the curiosity to learn and discover. As we wander, a conscious effort will be set to be mindful of our direct experience through our senses. Included, an exclusive visit into a working studio of a local artist, gaining a unique perspective into Montreal’s creative scene

As a special edition to these walks, Jennifer is reading her impressions and expressions from her latest book MIRA Cuba. Creating a moment to bring the community together to connect and relate and engage deeper into a sensory experience. MIRA Cuba is a book that holds a collection of her work that was observed and documented through the mediums of writing, drawing, and photography.  As an artist and wellness educator, she will share her knowledge and experience of the importance and healing aspects of incorporating creativity and mindfulness in our everyday.

These walks are in correlation with the Book MIRA CUBA and the course Field Guide to Flaneuring. Broken down into three parts, OBSERVE, EXPLORE and CREATE, it offers resources, practices, and tools on creativity, wellbeing, and exploration.  The way we perceive and experience life is different from another. With this in mind, I have created  The flaneur way to offer courses, experiences, publications, and products that engage and heighten the senses A platform by which to bring the community together to connect, learn, engage and collaborate.
