SPRING....is finally here. It is time to start unraveling the layers both externally and internally. Winter can be hard mentally, physically and emotionally. A change in season is a perfect time to hit the reset button, check in and be mindful. Bringing it back to basic awareness. Taking a pause to listen to what the body needs in order to replenish, heal and restore's its energy. In order to find the proper balance to transition smoothly to the next season.
Come join us for YOGA & WELLNESS SUNDAY at the Project Vivant studios. A day dedicated to making the connection to our mind and body through full awareness of each sense. Starting it off with connecting with ourselves through meditation and Yoga practice. Incorporating this with music to give us time to re connect with the sound and vibrations. Following we will gather at the table to enjoy a delicious healthy lunch made of the super foods of Spring. Taking time to fully be aware and appreciate each scent and taste as they arrive. Finally, welcoming to the table Simon Lenoires to share his knowledge and tips on Herbs/Plants and healthy super foods for the season.
