The workshop begins by taking a walk. Join Jennifer as she guides you through the streets, alleyways and parks of this vibrant urban space. Bringing a focus to the Art of Observation. Taking time to slow down and check in and become aware of everything that surrounds you through all your senses. Throughout the workshop Jennifer will be taking time to introduce you to her own personal tips and tricks and mindfulness exercises used to achieve focus and enhance creativity in your life. Following, we head to her loft for a hour long Yoga Flow class, where we continue to get in tune and connect with the mind and body.. Lastly, we come together around a table to enjoy and share a nutritional meal themed for the summer. Taking time to focus on the sense of taste and smell.

WHO IS WELCOME- All are welcome. People who have a interest in urban spaces, creativity, wellness, art, architecture, history. All activities are geared towards the beginning to the advanced. Please come with a open mind.

SPECIAL MUSICAL QUEST TO BE ANNOUNCED
WHAT TO BRING - Everyone is encouraged to bring whatever medium of choice for creative expression on the Flaneur walk. ( camera, iphone, sketchbook). A pad and pen will be supplied for the mindfulness exercises to take notes.
FLANEUR WEAR- Please wear comfortable shoes for the walk and bring a hat if sunny. Bring a change of clothes for the yoga class if you prefer.
